Delivery Policy
Our products are delivered free of cost within West Malaysia!
Azure Mattress can deliver you the products within 1-3 working days from the sales order date if you stay within the West Malaysia Peninsula.
Our office working days are between Monday to Friday. Our delivery days will be between Monday to Saturday. There will be no Deliveries on Sunday and other public holidays. For Special Delivery request (eg.later delivey dates), we can accommodate for a maximum of 90 days or 3 months. Customers are advised to update our customer service team of the preferred delivery dates. Any orders with requested delivery beyond 90 days/3 months will not be accepted.
During this period, you can change the delivery time and date. You are supposed to inform our customer service team by email or contact us at least 3 working days in advance. If the changes are not updated 3 days in advance, the results could be late delivery, and in that scenario we will not be liable for any compensation or issues that arise.
The delivery timings are 11 AM to 5 PM(Monday to Saturday)
Our delivery team formally contacts the customer in order to confirm the timings.
Please do not make any last-minute change of the delivery address. Any such update should be given at least 3 working days in advance. If there is a change in the delivery address at the last minute, there is a possibility that we may not be able to deliver the order. In such cases, we are supposed to reschedule the delivery date.
Please note that it is important to show your preferred delivery date in the order delivery instruction field during check-out. (We use a courier service, and they are notified about your preferred date, but any guarantee of delivering the order on the exact date cannot be given)
Please note that there will be some extra charges if our delivery team delivers the items without using resources such as lift. There will be some extra charges per floor from the ground floor to your home per item. Customers are supposed to share such information on the delivery instruction empty field/note section during check-out, at least 3 days in advance. It is essential to share such important details with us because this allows us to arrange extra manpower prior to the delivery date.
Kindly note Azure Mattress reserves the right to not proceed with the deliveries if there is any hazard/risk for our delivery team.
If a wrong item is delivered to your address, please contact our customer support team through call or WhatsApp within 7 (seven) days. We will dispatch the replacement to you at no extra charge
