At Azure Mattress Sdn Bhd, we believe in providing the best quality products to our customers. We take pride in the materials and craftsmanship that go into our mattresses, and we stand behind our products with a comprehensive 10-year warranty. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and to ensure that your investment in a quality mattress is protected.

Coverage:

Our 10-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the mattress. This includes defects such as sagging or indentations. If you notice any of these issues, simply contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the mattress.

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty applies under conditions of normal household use, but does not apply in the case of: negligence, soiling, damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the mattress. This includes stains, burns, cuts, or any other damage caused by improper cleaning, use or handling of the mattress. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as minor changes in firmness or softness due to regular use.

1) This Warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to the first/original purchaser of the Product. In claiming under this Warranty, the purchaser shall furnish to us the original proof of purchase.

2) The Warranty only covers defects in workmanship or material. Azure will repair or replace the damaged parts as well as reserve the right to use other materials with similar quality within the Warranty Period.

3) The Warranty does not cover mattress fabric and change in softness and recovery time, which normally associates with latex or foam over

4) Mattresses that are not located at the registered address which is stated in the proof of purchase, will be subject to additional inspection to verify that damages are not caused by moving the mattress to a different address.

In the following cases, the Warranty will automatically become invalid:

a) Misuse or negligent use, e.g. sitting on the edge of the mattress, standing or jumping on the mattress. Prolong sitting or standing on the edges of the mattress may cause damage to the borders or frame of the mattress which is not covered by the warranty.

b) Wilful damage

c) Using of the mattress other than for domestic use (e.g. storage, outdoor activities, etc.)

d) Normal wear and tear e.g. body impression on upholstery within 1.5 inches.

e) Using an inappropriate bedframe such as wooden slats base or foundation (e.g. insufficient bedframe support).

f) Problems caused by natural environment e.g. humidity or damage caused by liquid penetration, cleaning, high power vacuum or the use of cleaning agents.

g) Damage caused by natural disasters e.g. fire, flood, earthquake, and etc.

h) Damage due to repair or removal by unauthorized person.

i) Damage caused by forcing mattress through a narrow door, narrow passage, elevator, staircase, etc.

j) Residual of wool caused by electrostatic or usage of high powered vacuum.

k) Personal preferences and requirements e.g. firmness, comfort and odour.

l) Display item or mattress sold “as is”.

m) The mattress is in any unsanitary condition, e.g. due to blood or bodily fluids, stains, soiling and infestation.

Claims Process:

If you believe that your mattress is covered under our warranty, simply contact us and provide us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. A site inspection will be conducted. We will then work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a repair or replacement of the mattress.

Limitations of Liability:

Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the mattress, at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of sleep, loss of use, or any other economic or personal loss. This warranty is valid only in Malaysia, and any claims made outside of Malaysia will be subject to the laws and regulations of Malaysia.

Once the mattress is repaired or replaced, the Warranty will be neither renewed nor extended.
