This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind.This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date from Azure website, and is non-transferable.
Our 10-year warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the mattress. This includes defects such as sagging, indentations, or flaws in the stitching. If you notice any of these issues, simply contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the mattress.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the mattress. This includes stains, burns, cuts, or any other damage caused by improper use or handling of the mattress. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as minor changes in firmness or softness due to regular use.
If you believe that your mattress is covered under our warranty, simply contact us and provide us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will then work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a repair or replacement of the mattress.
