The delivery process was quick and the mattress came in a box. It decompressed very quickly. The mattress itself is quite firm but with a little give so it’s not like sleeping on a rock. I have had it now for over 3 months and It is firm like they say 8/10 firm. What i really like is it doesn’t sink at the hips, it still lifts the hips up. Overall great mattress!
Very firm comfortable mattress. Our first time buying Azure mattress and can safely say that we aren’t disappointed. We’ve had nothing but amazing sleeps. Have been great.
Bought the Spinal Care mattress for the extra support due to chronic back problems. Only had it a week. It is a very firm mattress, the firmest I encountered when ‘traditionally shopping around. My back problems have eased…so job done…I was initially skeptical of the ‘mattress in a box’ concept but it appears to have worked well.
